I failed to connect Cube to Wi-Fi, what can I do?
Step 1. Make sure your smartphones are connected to 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi, 5 GHz WI-FI is not compatible.
Step 2. Turn off your smartphones silent mode in order to hear the signal voice when connecting.
Step 3. When the signal begins to chirp, please face the speaker of smartphone to the MIC of Cube as closely as you can.
Step 4. If your Cube prompts “password received” first, and then prompts “failed to connect to Wi-Fi”, please check whether the Wi-Fi password you entered is correct.
Step 5. If it is still not working after performing the above steps, please reboot the Cube.

I see “Cube not found” displayed in the Cube app, what shall l do?
Please confirm the Cube prompts “ Wi-Fi connection successful” after the chirping signal step, then you can try to turn the Cube off and on again, or quit the Cube app and open again to refresh.

How does Sugr Cube powered?
Sugr Cube has built-in 6000 mAh LiIon rechargeable battery. It takes about 4 hours of charging to get the Cube up to full capacity when using the adapter and USB cable supplied.
I can't charge my Sugr Cube, what shall I do?
First, make sure you are using the adapter supplied with your Sugr Cube. Cube could fail to charge with other adapters. The Cube can only be charged with adapters that conform to the standard of Qualcomm Quick Charge 2.0 and Output 12.0 V.
Second, check to see if the LED on the knob is blinking red or not. If yes, this means Cube is charging. If not, please contact us for more support (email@example.com).
Can other adapters be used to charge Cube?
Only adapters that conform to the standard of Qualcomm Quick Charge 2.0 and Output 12.0 V can be used to charge Sugr Cube.
How can I know the battery status by the LED Indicator?
（A）When Cube is not in the state of charging;
- The light flashes RED when the battery is low.
- The light flashes GREEN when the battery is full enough.
（B）When Cube is in the state of charging;
- The light flashes Blinking RED when it is charging.
- The light flashes Blinking GREEN when it is fully charged.
How can l use AirPlay to stream music?
I can import songs from iTunes Library. But how can I remove songs?
Just like the standard iOS gesture , swiping left will remove a song.
How to update Cube firmware?
First, after opening the app for Sugr Cube, click on the cube icon in the top-left corner, which is next to the signal icon. If you can see a little red dot, it means that there is a new version available for update.
Second, the number on right side of Firmware is the version of your current software. Click it!
After that, the only thing you need to do is wait.

You can use AirPlay for iOS devices or DLNA for Androids devices which is coming soon to stream music library.

Can Cube be used as multi-room sound system option?
You can use third-party App like WHAALE to realize the multi-room function for Sugr Cubes.
How many songs can l import into Cube?
About 500-700 songs can be imported to Sugr Cube. It depends on the file size.
Where can I download the user manual?
Does Sugr Cube support 5GHz Wi-Fi?
No. Sugr Cube supports 2.4GHz Wi-Fi only.
How can l know the Wi-Fi signal taken by Cube is poor or good enough?
How can I reboot my Sugr Cube?
* Reboot Sugr Cube
Step 1. Turn on Cube, press the Reset Button for a second with a needle or pin.
Step 2. The LED will blink from red to green and then go out for about 12 seconds. Then you can hear the boot sound of cube.
Note: This function can be used for some problems when using Cube, like Cube is failed to connect to Wi-Fi or the Touch & Motion Playback Control is not instant or effective.
If the system breaks down, what can I do with it?
Try to reboot Sugr Cube first. If still cannot work after reboot, please reset it to factory default.

How to clear the history data through Sugr Cube app?
Step 1. Click the ‘Cube’ on the top-left corner on the home page of Sugr app.
Step 2. Click “Restore factory settings”.
Step 3. Confirm this operation. Sugr Cube will clear all data and reboot then.
Where can I log in Pandora account?
How do I rename my Sugr Cube?
Can I set my preference as the alarm ringtone?
Yes, you can. But you need to import the playlists or ringtone to Cube first.
How do I transfer music from my laptop to Sugr Cube?
Step 1. At Cube music homepage of Cube app, click the playlist menu.
Step 2. ① If Cube doesn’t have any local music, please tap the button “Import from computer”.
② If the playlist is not empty, then find the “From PC/Mac” function from the top-right corner.
Step 3. Get the address for transferring in the green text field.
Step 4. Enter the address in your computer’s browser (Chrome/Firefox/Opera/IE etc.), open the file upload page. Then you can drag and drop your favorite music into the Cube’s icon directly, or click the “Upload” button to select music.
Step 6. The uploading progress will be shown instantly.
Step 7. When the uploading progress is done, the Cube Music playlist in app will be refreshed.
