A few things to know.
What do I need to use Sugr Card?
Sugr Card works with the Sugr app on your iPhone and Sugr for Mac. Needs a Mac with Apple silicon. Your iPhone captures and transfers; your Mac creates the transcript and notes. We’ll share the full system requirements before orders open.
What happens when I’m away from my Mac?
You can record and keep the audio on your iPhone. In the local workflow, new transcripts and notes wait until your phone can reach your Mac on your own network. Your Mac needs to be awake and available to process them.
What is included in the local core?
The local core covers recording, transcripts, speaker labels, summaries and your library on your own devices. The Card is purchased separately. Optional services such as remote access may be paid; they are separate from the local core. Pricing and availability will be shared before purchase.
Do I need the Card to try Sugr?
Sugr for Mac is designed to record on its own. Sugr Card adds a dedicated way to capture conversations away from your desk. Public app availability will be included in launch updates.
